Microsoft teams see all tasks. Alternatively in Office 365 you can click on the app launcher and go to all your Planners that way and see all tasks. Above the tasks list on the left choose Progress Priority or Due date and choose an option. Team owners can see the names of all private channels in their team and can also delete any private channel in the team. You can then work on your plan from within Teams or in Planner for web remove or delete your plan and get notified in Teams when a task is assigned to you in Planner. Select Schedule to see where your tasks are on a calendar.

Its important to know that guests can only access Tasks as an app from the Teams mobile client. To see all tasks assigned to you across all plans select My tasks in the left pane. You can also add new plans or display existing ones and view all your plans and tasks in one place.

You can sort the list by any of those headings to focus on different aspects of your teams work. Open Microsoft Teams and select the Channel you want to add the planner to. If Tasks is installed on the Teams desktop client users will also see it on their Teams web and mobile clients.

Guests will see Tasks tabs on both Teams desktop and web clients. The exception is guest users. Click the plus button at the top right of the tabs.

SeanS - add the Planner as a tab on one of your Team channels and then you can see everything. You can even open your plan in the Planner app to do admin work you cant do in Teams. If youre using Microsoft Teams you can organize your tasks by adding one or more Planner tabs to a team channel.

In the pop-up open the Create in dropdown and select a team. Next to Schedule and then select Add plan to Outlook calendar. If you use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and Planner for task management its a no-brainer to link them so you can see your plans in Teams.
