Outlook 365 zoom grayed out. My current version is 1712 Build 88272148. But the one we are having issues with is on Office365. The font is really small and hard to read.

Zoom in on the message. I do not see a zoom option on the View tab and the zoom slider is grayed out. If your View tab looks like this its also the cause of your problem.
Thread Starter New 22 Jun 2017 2. This has also affected the reading pane. Out of all the calendars this user has on their profile we have some in Exchange 2016 and those show the working hours fine.
Or if you are on Outlooks email screen default and click New ItemsMeeting it shows the NEXT time slot coming up on the hour and 12 hour and GTM is in color and not grayed out. I have updated the software uninstalled reinstalled. Outlook 2010 has the zoom function grayed out.

In Outlook you can see the availability of users next to their name thanks to Lync Skype Teams etc This has disappeared for two users and I have not been able to find a fix. There are several ways to enlarge the font in the Reading Pane in Outlook. Settings Register Teams as the chat app for Office. I already did the repair of a full Office 2016 fresh download no changes to the problem.
This looks correct - when you open an E-Mail message assuming that its not a document in preview it will be displayed as one continuous page which explains why you are getting the Page options greyed out it cant distinguish pages to allow you to zoom like that. When side-to-side is turned on all zooming is disabled except for the thumbnails view which makes the pages even smaller.
